Lab Results and Locator
The Urology Team uses a service called Lab Calls. It is a lab test retrieval system which allows you to access your lab results at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We believe this system is the most accurate and effective way for you to retrieve confidential information. We will update test results and leave personal messages for you with the Lab Calls system.
This is how Lab Calls works
Test results vary depending on type. Results can be retrieved by calling 1-866-401-7655 or by going to www.mytestresults.com and entering 8664017655 for the customer number. To retreive your results, you will need to enter your UID# (Account) and your PIN number (Six digit date of birth, for example: 010109)

- Urine Cultures 3 - 5 days
- Post Vasectomy 10 - 14 days
- Total PSA 7 - 10 days
- CT 7 - 10 days
- Biopsy (Prostate/Bladder) 10 - 14 days
- Cytology 7 - 10 days
